This showstopping musical follows a group of amateur bakers as they seek to impress the judges and battle their way to be crowned star baker. It is a rollicking journey of song and dance as the bakers face trials, tribulations, and baking disasters along the way. The judges are played by award-winning West End and Broadway star John Owen-Jones (Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera) as the blue-eyed silver fox Phil Hollinghurst, and four-times Olivier Award-nominee and Bafta-nominee Haydn Gwynne (Anything Goes, Billy Elliot the Musical, The Crown] as the stylish, sharp-tongued Pam Lee.

Directed by Rachel Kavanaugh (The Wind in the Willows, Half a Sixpence), its original and witty score was written by multi-award-winning duo Jake Brunger and Pippa Cleary, critically acclaimed as ‘one of musical theatre’s most dynamic writing partnerships’.

The Great British Bake Off Musical opens at the Noël Coward Theatre for a 12-week run from 25 February-13 May.
