WHAT: Chester Regatta A traditionally British and long-standing event, the Chester rowing competition is celebrating its 280th year. The regatta features a 750m course and a range of events suitable for novices to experts. The upcoming regatta includes 200 crews competing in a series of thrilling knock-out races.

WHAT: Trooping the Colour The Queen's Official Birthday. Join the celebration in a British tradition dating back to the 17th Century. The horse-guard parade marks the official birthday of the Sovereign. The Queen generally takes her salute at 1pm during a fly-past of the Royal Air Force from the balcony at Buckingham Palace which is broadcast live on the BBC.

WHAT: The Bloomberg Commission – exhibition
Get back to nature in the centre of London. This years the exhibit features Italian artist Giuseppe Penone. Penone has spent 45 years examining our relationship with nature through large-scale installations. This exhibition features a twelve metre bronze cast of a tree, with a radiant gold-leaf interior, which spreads across the gallery.
