THE AUTHORS
WENDY HOLDEN has written 10 consecutive Sunday Times Top 10 bestsellers. An author and a journalist, she writes features and short stories for a range of publications and is a regular TV and radio contributor. She was a judge for the Costa 2013 Novel and Book Of The Year awards and is a Daily Mail book reviewer.JOHN WILCOX is author of the highly acclaimed Simon Fonthill series. According to John, an inability to do sums, a nascent talent to string words together, and the desire to wear a belted trench coat like Bogart steered him initially towards journalism. His latest novel, Starshine, was inspired by his father and six uncles who all fought in the trenches during the Great War.
NIGEL WILLIAMS is author of 12 novels, including the best-selling Wimbledon Poisoner trilogy. His stage plays include Class Enemy, still being performed all over the world, and a dramatisation of Lord Of The Flies, recently revived at the Regent’s Park Theatre. He also wrote the film script for the award-winning drama Elizabeth I, starring Helen Mirren, while his BBC Radio 4 comedy HR is now in its fourth series.
