It is an antiin ammatory and can relieve the symptoms of rheumatism and arthritis. It also relieves sore throats, colds and allergies. Soaking chamomile tea bags in warm water, then placing them over your eyes, reduces dark circles. The production of white blood cells can be boosted by chamomile, which strengthens the immune system and fights o ff colds.
Avoid chamomile during pregnancy. If you are allergic to plants such as daisies or marigolds, use it with caution.
