Triple Berry Smoothie

This fresh and fruity smoothie is a convenient and easy way to incorporate more fruit into your diet

Ingredients
175g Dole® frozen triple berry fruit
200ml almond milk or apple juice
1 small ripe banana, sliced
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
2 tbspchia seeds

Method:
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses or a portable flask and drink with a straw. Refrigerate if not serving straight away.

Overnight Pineapple Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
150g Dole® Tropical Gold® pineapple chunks (in resealablefridge packs)
110g no added sugar fruit and nut muesli
1 tbspchia seeds
6 tbsp0% fat Greek yogurt

Method:
Drain the pineapple juice into a medium bowl, then roughly chop the pineapple chunks.
Reserve a quarter of the pineapple for topping, add the remainder to the bowl.
Add the muesli, chia seeds and yogurt and mix well.
Divide the mixture between jars for breakfast on the go or leave in the bowl, covered.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve topped with the reserved pineapple.

Ingredients 
300g Dole® frozen tropical mix fruit
200ml coconut water
2 tbspfreeze-dried acai berry powder
2 tbspgolden linseed (flax seeds)
1 small ripe banana

Toppings: Dole® frozen tropical mix, thawed; toasted coconut flakes; chia seeds; linseed; whole almonds, flaked; pumpkin seeds.

Method:
Place the frozen fruit in a blender with the coconut water, acai powder, flax seeds and banana. Blend until smooth. Divide between 4 small bowls and serve topped with your choice of toppings.
