Healthy, wholesome truffles

Make extra, because these won't last until Valentine's Day...
Makes 14-16 truffles
Preparation time 15 minutes

Ingredients
2 tablespoons soya single cream
4 Nākd Caffé Mocha bars, roughly chopped
50g shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped

Method
1. Place the cream in a small saucepan and add the chopped Nākd Caffé Mocha bars

2. Stir over a gentle heat, until the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars start to melt

3. Remove from the heat once the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars has melted and place in a food processor

4. Blitz the mixture until it binds together and then roll the mixture into 16 small truffles

5. Place the pistachios on a plate and roll each truffle into the nuts

6. Chill until ready to eat
