About 95 per cent of it. Every morning I look in the mirror and I think, ‘How did that happen in the night? How did such damage occur while I was asleep?’

Quite a few actually – but defi nitely a book called The Same Old Grind by Judy Roe. It’s a novel about a burlesque house. It’s out of print now.
